    Register

    Create your account with your email and mobile number. Consent to identity verification.

    Upload documents

    Add your ID, business details, trade qualifications, insurance and any trade-specific documents. All uploads are stored in protected storage.

    Get verified

    Our Verification Officers review your submission. Approved providers unlock earning badges and public visibility.

    Start receiving jobs

    Toggle availability, receive job offers, submit quotes and get paid — every step tracked in your provider dashboard.

Does FIX IT take a commission from my service amount?
No. Under our current prototype model, customers pay the FIX IT platform & protection fee separately (5%, minimum R30, maximum R250). Your approved service amount is yours.
Do I have to pay for leads?
No. There are no lead-purchase fees and no monthly subscription. Free to join, free to remain a member.
Am I employed by FIX IT?
No. Providers operate as independent businesses and remain responsible for their own tax, licences, professional registration and legal compliance.
How is my personal information protected?
Sensitive documents live in protected storage with signed URLs. Customers never see your ID, tax, bank or clearance documents. Access is controlled by strict permission rules.
