1. Prohibited use
No unlawful, harmful, misleading or fraudulent use. No scraping, reverse engineering, credential stuffing, spam, malware, circumventing rate limits, or bypassing security or verification controls. Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform without prior written permission from Empowr.
2. Content standards
Content you upload — Job descriptions, evidence photos, Completion Reports, chat messages, reviews — must be truthful, must not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, and must not include personal information of third parties without lawful basis under POPIA.
3. Payments and anti-fraud
Do not use the platform to launder funds, to test stolen card numbers, to disintermediate the platform after being introduced through it, or to manipulate ratings, Builder Points or reputation metrics.
4. Enforcement
Empowr may throttle, suspend or remove access for breach, and cooperate with law enforcement where required by South African law.
5. Reporting abuse
Report abuse to abuse@empowr.co.za or via /support.
