We fix it.", website design, application design, source code and documentation are the intellectual property of Empowr (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. Third-party components are licensed under their respective open-source licences and are listed in our NOTICE file.
2. Permitted use
You may view and use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, sell or create derivative works from any part of it without prior written permission, except where allowed by South African law (including fair dealing under the Copyright Act).
3. User content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Empowr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, transmit and process that content solely to operate and improve the platform and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Reporting infringement
To report infringement of copyright you own, contact legal@empowr.co.za with the work concerned, evidence of ownership and the allegedly infringing URL or location.
