1. The platform
FIX IT is a marketplace that connects customers with verified independent service providers. FIX IT is not the employer of any provider and does not perform the work itself.
2. Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, ensure a safe work environment, and pay through the platform once a quote is approved.
3. Provider responsibilities
Providers must maintain their qualifications, insurance and any legal registration required to perform their trade. Providers must never increase a quotation without approval.
4. Fees
Customers pay the provider service amount and a FIX IT platform & protection fee. Fees are always shown separately before approval.
5. Disputes
Disputes are handled through the platform's dispute workflow. Payment may be held while a dispute is investigated.
